Dejan Milutinovic – President of the PASS
Dejan Milutinović is born on July 8, 1979 in Belgrade. He finished the Primary School in Mladenovac, High School in Belgrade, and entered the Faculty for Special Education and Rehabilitation at the University of Belgrade. Since 1998 he worked in private security sector (security of facilities), and after very successful training for Gendarmerie in 2002, he started to work in the Ministry of Interior of the Republic of Serbia, as the member of Gendarmerie.
He is interested in martial arts and skills, as well as in police and military tactics. Since 2014 he is distinguished member and representative of “International police association – IPA”. From 2010 to 2016 he dealt with the syndicalism in Police, precisely in Gendarmerie, first in representative police syndicate, and after that he was initiator and founder of the first Gendarmerie syndicate and its President. For the three years on the position of the President he achieved very remarkable and devoted work and results – syndical, professional and humanitarian.
Now, he is the initiator of the founding of the “Professional Association of the Security Sector –PASS” and its President. Since recently, he is the member and one of the founders of the „Lions Club International” in Serbia. In his activities and work he is devoted, persistent, objective and creative.
He is married and father of two children.
