Professional Association of the Security Sector (PASS) is an independent, non-governmental, non-partisan, on the interest, public and union grounds based professional association. We encompass active and retired members of the public and private security sector, experts and specialists in the field of security, related sciences and disciplines and other citizens, both in Serbia and abroad.

Security of the state and society is a prerequisite for their survival, freedom and development. Its realization requires both scientific and practical approach, guided by the values ​​of the rule of law, professionalism and the fight against all forms of external and internal threats. Therefore, the slogan that describes the essence of our existence is “knowledge and experience” – “SCIENTIA ET EXPERIENTIA” for the society free of fear.

In order to achieve the security of our country and society, we invite all those individuals and groups who contributed to the same goal in their previous work and activities, to join us and help in further efforts. Together we can influence the raising of awareness and education on security, both in Serbia and outside our borders, adopting appropriate solutions on a local and national level and the implementation of strategies aimed at better and safer future for our society.
